  • Focus on Estate Conservation teaches you about the need for careful action when it comes to managing an estate. This seminar illustrates the problems, delays and expenses that often accompany intestacy and probate.
  • Focus on Long-Term Care dispels common misconceptions, such as, "It will never happen to me" and "Medicare will pay for it" as well as the peril of relying on family members for care. Long-term care insurance is presented as a critical part of financial planning and management.
  • Focus on Retirement educates individuals about the importance of starting early to save for retirement. It shows how to calculate the cost of retirement and identify potential sources of retirement income, as well as how to evaluate personal savings and investment strategies.
